Refunds

InstaRankers operates on a no-refund policy due to the organic nature of rankings.

Reboost Process

If the client can prove that the viral traffic was not sent to the website in the campaigns, you can open a support ticket, through support chat or [email protected] and share screenshots from Google Analytics or equivalent to show the lack of viral traffic on the specified viral boost dates.

In such cases, InstaRankers will provide additional viral tokens to ensure that the viral boost is attempted again.
